I don't usually write reviews but thought this might help someone else. I have an old spiral mattress and bought 3 memory foam so it would last a little longer. It wasn't until this winter that I realized that memory foam makes me sweat a lot at night. There is no air conditioning so I figured it was summer. But now that it's not hot, I realize how warm memory foam is. At night I keep turning around and trying to find somewhere less hot. Hence this purchase. This mattress topper really helps regulate the temperature in my bed at night. You won't get cold or anything but it will help keep you warm with my memory foam. That was the first time I felt cold sleeping next to my boyfriend. It was wonderful! It adds a lot of fluff to my bed, which is nice, but that's not why I bought it. Comfort is an added bonus. Very happy with this purchase.
