At first I didn't want to buy this bag just because of the "cheap" price. After thinking about it, I took a gamble and ordered a smaller black bag. He arrived the next day. Packaged well enough, when I opened it I found it was in perfect condition, no scratches, no stains on the bag. Comes with a cloth bag. Although it is not a flannel bag, it protects your skin when you need/want to use it. Hardware is solid and well attached. Also, it's, shall we say, blackish, so it doesn't look very shiny and cheap. The shoulder strap is comfortable as it is wide and made of soft nylon material so it is comfortable no matter the weight you put in the bag. The zipper inside is big and strong, the material inside the bag is soft, so it won't scratch the items. The items placed in the bag are securely protected, and the external pockets are easily accessible and also secure. (I put the bag on a kitchen scale, it weighs 3.37 pounds.) I just love this bag. I'm so glad I took a chance and ignored the price. I would buy more items from this manufacturer/seller at any time. I hope this review helps others because as I said first, the low cost just put me off.
