The buckle broke after 5 weeks of use

The buckle on this Vive tire broke after 5 weeks of use, which is a week after the return period. I first had a trigger on my right ring finger 3 years ago when I ordered a tire from another manufacturer. I wore them for several months and my trigger finger was so bad that I needed surgery. Now I have scar tissue from that surgery and my finger is bigger than before. I had to adjust the ring to fit my larger finger. I didn't want to have surgery again when I got snap finger on my left ring finger so I started wearing my old splint. I wore it for a few months and eventually wore out so I decided to buy another one. Unfortunately this brand is no longer available so I bought this Vive brand which is very similar to the old one I had except this Vive brand has a buckle. It has a 30-day return policy and the flimsy buckle on it broke in the fifth week, so it's too late to return it. Now I'm looking for another brand that will last a long time. UPDATE: I'm updating my rating and adding a star because I was able to fix a broken tire buckle as you can see in my last two photos. My son made me a buckle with his 3D printer. I was able to insert and glue the buckle between the torn/separated fabric on the rail. Now it's not so flexible, but it's strong and comfortable. Vive needs to come up with a stronger buckle.
