The quality of this product is excellent compared to the price and the product you will receive. Fit: I loaded some documents/documents, iPad, 17" laptop, large on-ear headphones with case, Nintendo Switch with case and swaddles with 5 diapers and charger, meals (protein bars and oranges and apples), me still had a small room for other extras. It was convenient to carry with you all day long, on foot or on public transport. The luggage strap is ideal if you are flying with extra hand luggage. The strap is easy to put on and take off and is stiff enough to hold the bag without risk of falling. You also get a padlock perfect for money/phone/keys/passport/ID or other small travel valuables. in crowded places without fear of pickpockets. ADVANTAGES:1. It looks good and feels good. Zippers move very smoothly, thicker handle for actual grip.2. Many lessons. You can definitely find a way to customize many things in different ways. The backpack isn't very thick when empty, but it's designed to expand as it fills. This allows a deceptive number of things to fit in it, while not just sticking out the bottom.3. It has elasticated water bottle compartments on BOTH sides. It's awesome. My other backpack had a water bottle compartment on the right side. You can attach a small zipper to the 2 largest compartments. I haven't used this feature, but it seems handy if you're planning on taking it to the airport or somewhere else. CONS: I don't mind it much, but some people may find the shoulder strap thin on the padding. I love the design from start to finish and its practicality is tremendous as there are small tweaks that really feel like it's made with the user in mind. And for durability. I've only had this backpack for a few weeks with moderate use. I will update this review after 6 months or a year of ownership.
