Purchased on February 27th. Tried to go back in a week thanks to the HORRIBLE quality of communication. Echoes, tons of static even 5 feet from receiver, dropped USB connection, it was just a waste of time - I got that crap with a $20 Walmart headset! I had SO high hopes. I researched for a few weeks before deciding on this option and thought I had found the perfect choice. Ha! nope So the worst thing is that when I tried to return it I found that the payment failed. Still waiting. I contacted Revain and they say the seller didn't send complete and waited two days and tried again. I tried and tried but nothing worked and the seller did NOT return my emails. Fast forward to the DAY AFTER THE REFUND WINDOW CLOSE and the payment will be released. And NOW they don't accept returns because it's out of the window! I have never before felt such disgust and anger at buying Revain and I will NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with this company again. So save yourself the trouble and just don't do it.
