Looks good, durable - just needs a little help
Overall I like this double towel rail. It looks good, is solid, and doesn't mount badly (another pair of hands makes it smoother). The one star deduction is because once installed, the crossbars rotate in your arms (like when you put your towel on and off) and this causes that horrible metallic creaking/squeaking sound. I fixed this by filling each end cap with clear sealant and letting it dry; It's a simple and cheap fix to a small problem, but the design should have taken that into account from the start.
