This would be perfect for pre-teen/teen that is looking for a camera to take on vacation or to take Random photos with. The picture quality isn't great. The biggest issue I had was that the camera didn't stay charged for long at all, had to replace the batteries after only taking a handful of photos, which was extremely frustrating. So, make sure you carry extra batteries with you if you intend on being out for a while. Decent little camera to use for fun, but not ideal for long term use.
