I gave up my gaming chair because I couldn't stand how bad it was for my posture. There are some improvements to this chair but overall I wouldn't buy it if I could go back in time and do it all over again. There are two glaring design flaws I want to address. First, as others have pointed out. , the headrest, even on a large chair, makes it impossible to be completely comfortable in this chair. When you sit with your back fully straight, the headrest's wings dig into your shoulders and are made of hard and sharp plastic. Instead, it forces me to either lean slightly forward in my chair, resulting in a semi-recumbent position, or to sit with my lower back in the right place but my upper back arched forward. Both are mistakes. Second, the pillow is strong as a rock. My ass isn't quite numb from sitting on it all day, but it's getting very close to me. I move around all the time and do things like sitting on my feet to get the blood flowing to my buttocks again. I chose the soft version because I've read that the mesh seat fails after a few years, but there doesn't seem to be a perfect fit here. In addition, there are other unpleasant remarks about the chair. The maximum reclining angle is probably around 100 degrees, so this chair is not suitable for leaning back at a desk during lunch or YouTube breaks. The armrests are just as rigid as the headrest and don't adjust very well. The wooden support works well but I think I can already feel the mesh giving way to the point where it finally stabs me in the back and I'm only 2 months old. What I can say is that the chair works well, it has everything you would expect from an office chair - it rolls well and is adjustable. This is a regular office chair but overpriced and advertised.
