This is for my 2017 Ford Edge. The case of one of my keyless remotes was so damaged that the keys literally fell out. What I needed was a new outer shell as all internal parts were in good condition. This product worked great. I have not used any of the inner sleeves that came with this product. I just pulled the innards out of my old remote, put it in this one and it works great! I noticed one thing that was different in my old case. On the inner plastic piece was a small white soft plastic square that matched the same sized square on the circuit board. Not this product. I don't know if that's significant. If you're using the entire inside of your old remote, including the plastic part, and only need the outer shell, this works great. Remember that the white plastic piece between the batteries should be present in case you change the batteries!
