Review on 🎧 Soncoz SGD1 Hi-Res Balanced DAC with Bluetooth 5.0: Dual Chip ES9038Q2M, 32bit/768kHz, DSD512, Remote Control by Dwayne Pore

I will receive this DAC in two days so this review is a REVERSE review! First, I'm building on tests done with ASR which uncovered an ESS hump problem for a designer that I should let you all know threw themselves into the problem IMMEDIATELY and fixed it within a week! I can't tell you this NEVER happens to companies like Sony, LG, Yamaha, Onkyo etc. WE LIVE in a different world with our electronics than we did just a few years ago, and for a Chinese company to be able to up the game that Japanese companies have been aiming for for 40 years speaks volumes about how blessed we are here in the audiophile hobby right now. . OPPO raised the bar on what a company could do in this new Mellinium if it really listened to its customers. I contacted Arcam in England about their CD player and they arrogantly turned me off, big difference in terms of their customers and the money they spend on their products. So based on SDG1 testing, not only is this DAC digitally transparent, it's fed a high quality digital signal, it should raise the bar for what the Sigma Delta DAC can bring to your stereo system. I'll be updating this in two days with my first listening tests but I'm sure the thought and care that goes into this product will have my mouth opening. OLED display with level meters so we can see if we're hearing a signal with a brick wall!
