We were able to set up our subscription automatically with one click when customers purchased an item from us online or in-store via their smartphone/tablet app! The customer service team is fantastic at helping out during setup issues that we may encounter as well. It was really easy for my colleagues who are not tech savvy users (like me) - they could easily log into it themselves after I explained how everything works through screen sharing using Google Hangouts video chat feature which has become super handy too now!!
