I ordered this to surprise my wife with our baby's footprint for Valentine's Day. When I received it in the mail the package was compressed so the ink was printed on the plastic container. I emailed the owner and with no question, hesitation or need to return the first, the other was in the mail. They also knew I was using it for Valentine's Day and the replacement arrived on the 13th. It meant a lot to me as it was the heart of my gift. I also ordered an ink pad from another company. This one was boring and left almost no trace, to the point that I got a refund for it. This ink pad from Tiny Gifts has a very light ink. I liked creating a small footprint and I will be ordering more. The best customer service and product I have received in a long time.
