I work for myself and one of the joys of it is being able to work from anywhere. I'm also the type of person who NEEDS 3 monitors. And that has always made it impractical to work in a coffee shop or any other place where digital nomads live. I can't be productive without my screens, so the dream of working anywhere is mostly a dream. Enter FOPO 12" Triple Monitor. Of course, it's actually 2 additional screens, 3 in total including laptop screen. Necessary cables are included. Setup--------Attach to laptop. Very easy. This model has no unwieldy magnets Simply flip the screens, stretch the center section wide enough for your laptop, then attach the metal tabs to the top of the screen, making sure the little feet on the bottom of the laptop Screen attached in front of it are the right side of the screen So I have a USB-C cable on the right side that provides image and power and on the left side I have 2 cables - 1 HDMI for images and USB-A to -C for power The cables seem a little long especially to the left side where there are two so I can replace the shorter versions and make them cleaner Duplicate or extend to have one connected to find its display with the Windows key. These monitors look the same as any other 1080p monitor. You can duplicate or expand as usual. Remove the film from each screen. I didn't find any reference to this in the instructions, but you must remove the protective film on each side. They also offer screen protectors that you can add on. Usage ----- Overall Impression. I really like this product. Easy to set up. The additional foot on the back provides enough support to keep all screens upright on the table. The left monitor can be rotated to sit behind the laptop screen, allowing you to show people from different angles. This product gives a real performance boost. Practical use. Working at the table is very easy. My laptop's hinge can support the main screen and these two secondary screens if held almost vertically. If I tilt it further back, the back leg does its job. I work from my knees in a chair. This also works well for me as the laptop hinge can support the weight of all three screens when held almost vertically. If you have a weaker hinge, this could be a problem. The screen brightness is set to 50% by default. You can easily change this with a button on each monitor. 100% perfect for indoor use and adjusts to the laptop screen brightness. I do not like it. Not much to be honest. As mentioned, the cables are too long if you want to use the monitors that face you. But if you want to flip the monitors to face each other, you need the length. One problem is that the border around the two screens is quite thick. I would like to try and compare the 13.3 inch version of the FOPO product. If you balance right on your knee, the shields don't add any noticeable weight. much, suddenly the weight of the extra screens makes everything fall to the ground. It happened and no harm was done. Easily folds to fit in a laptop bag. Increase productivity on the go! 4 stars for this version. I want to compare with the 13.3 inch version. Recommend!
