I tried this product on 3 different sets of nails, 2 typically medium length and one last time on short ones, thinking it might help. I was wrong. I can't let this polygel last more than 3 days without breaking at least one nail on the tip of my natural nail. I thought a shorter nail length would help this time, believing that less stress on the nail extension itself would make it less likely to break at the tip of the nail, but I didn't even survive two days with this set, and I already have a nail that will come loose at the top. Not only is this polygel very difficult to work with because it's so soft, it never really hardens no matter how long I leave it under the LED light. I have to leave each nail under the light for at least 5 minutes to get it where it is and even then it breaks within a couple of days. The only reason I'm not giving this set a star is because it comes with a lot of stuff and the only thing that sucks is the gel. The base and top are pretty good for the most part, the glide is okay and the dual shapes were pretty good, but overall this is a very poor product. If the gel was a little better I wouldn't even complain about the kit because of the price but considering the gel is so bad it makes everything in this kit look very boring. Yes, it's cheap, but you won't last more than 3 days off a set of nails without having to completely redo at least one nail, so it's not worth it in my opinion.
