Installed because the instructions appeared to be written backwards, but from what I saw installed earlier I knew how they should be. Also, they aren't reusable so don't expect them to be, the adhesive is insanely sticky, so sticky you stand a chance of destroying it before you ever fully install it! Go very slowly and make sure you have planned out how you want them to look and that they aren't interfering with any mods or mod bar buttons. Pre-mapping is very important because if you miss the layout or the product accidentally touches random parts of the controller, in many cases it's so sticky that you can easily rip the product trying to undo it. It's not easy to pick off and so for the layout in front of the map it's very important to be very slow when placing the setup as you don't get many lucky 2nd chances. After that, the product will be amazing. Super grippy, keeps hands from feeling hot, getting hot, sweaty and still insanely comfortable. Def. The best grip I've ever had on a style controller.
