This was sent to me in a hurry because I work in the kitchen all day and was having trouble with my IT team. I woke up in the middle of the night with sore muscles and massages were getting expensive so I decided to give it a try. I tried using a foam roller but it was too painful and I needed something less intense to get started. It didn't disappoint! The different attachments are great! I literally used today: - Needle bar for reflexology on my legs and in less than five minutes I was already feeling relaxed. Pebble massager for my quads and calves. Will update once I use it more than a day :)
