Poor quality - remote controls and accessories

, I felt the remote was cheap and flimsy when I first got it, but I hoped I was wrong. It wasn't me, it hasn't been very regular use for 2 months and the home button doesn't work, the volume is annoying. Everyone around just doesn't like this remote control.
