Great experience working together; quick response time

The customer service from Argo multilanguage has been excellent! I've had to contact them for technical support when there was an issue that our application couldn't solve but they were able to help us quickly and efficiently so we could get back up running as soon as possible! We have used their translation services quite often over the years. It's always done well, which makes me happy because my translations need high quality work. They're very thorough too - you can see everything before it goes live (which helps prevent mistakes). One thing i don't like about this product is how expensive some of these features are if your using less than 10 or 15 languages at once. But overall great products!! When dealing mostly English-speaking customers who use only one other language, translating documents into those 2 or 3 languages usually takes care of all needs without having to do more complicated things later down the line. The most useful feature of the app is that it works across multiple platforms (PC, smartphone, tablet). I can use it anywhere to communicate with my international team. Sometimes I have trouble understanding some messages. It would be great if you could download other languages as well. I also like how easy it is to share links with colleagues or customers. It helps me keep track of our communications and it's simple to share links with others.
