Pretty good support for a mid priced KTape. This is my first experience with this brand. This photo is on my stomach after 24 hours and a heavy night's rest, I'm tossing and turning. He got stuck a lot. Just a little lift at one corner, a little tangling at the cut piece (but that's true of most straps). My right knee has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis so it's always swollen and needs support. I usually make lots of small incisions to reduce swelling, but I've tried a brace for a change. One note: I ALWAYS use this Skin-Tac under all my KTapes, regardless of the brand of KTape I use: Torbot Group Inc Skin Tac Liquid Adhesive Barrier 4Oz, Clear, Hypoallergenic, Latex-Free (4 oz Bottle). I can wear KTape with SkinTac underneath for a week. The fabric loses its character before the glue wears off. If the corner starts to lift, simply apply a drop of Skin Tac, allow to dry, then press on the corner. {Do not let Skin Tac dry on the neck of the bottle or the cap will never come off. Wipe off with alcohol if Skin Tac gets on the rim of the cap}. ALWAYS cut the corners on each KTape to prevent the corners from lifting and peeling. ALWAYS make sure the tape on the ends of the KTape does not stretch. Stretch the band only in the middle and leave 1 inch of slack at the ends to avoid tension. ALWAYS rub and heat the tape on the skin after application to ensure it adheres well. Always apply to clean and dry skin. Do not exercise for at least 30 minutes after using KTapes. ** Attention: magnet for kittens! My 10 month old kitten loves this print, scratches, bites and tries to rip it off. It's a third night of sleep and it was still stuck (with Skin Tac) but I pulled it out and the kitty had a new toy. (Be careful with Skin Tac. It's starting to leave red marks from overuse. I'll try tapes without it and see the difference in hold.)
