The first few uses were great, they were quick and easy for one person to tie and the straps no longer got tangled in storage. But they quickly started having problems after a few uses. Now they stay put with almost every use and I usually have to struggle to unlock them and get the cable to retract. I would have given fewer stars, but the first few uses worked great and were worth a lot by my standards (on one of those occasions when I was covering a trailer during a snow storm). The smaller ones had the same problem. I would still recommend it if you're buying it for one-time use. I will try the lube on them in the near future and update the review if it revives them.
