I have several muscle rollers and anti cellulite cups and gloves. This is my favorite! I use some oil and go nuts, I can generate a good amount of pressure with very little effort (unlike the hand gloves and cups I ran out of after just doing my feet). I was afraid I would bruise after the first use, but the next day my legs and stomach looked great! I don't want to spend $90 on a blaster and I'm very happy with this video! Don't be afraid to use different angles, I use them at an angle on my stomach so they stay still instead of rolling, they glide over my skin (always use oil so there's less friction) and I get one good blood circulation and fascial tears . ! I'm making great progress in everything and my clothes fit a lot better! I can't wait for summer! Update: I've been using this scooter for 4 months and I still love it. First I had a bruise which is a good sign that the layers of fascia are tearing and there is increased blood flow in that area. Now I rarely bruise and my legs look smoother than ever. My calves have also gotten smaller. I keep going because it's so much fun and I keep seeing the benefits!
