Suitable for 3 year old 20 inch head
Measured my 3 year old's head - it turned out to be 20 inches. It's nice and snug, but not too tight. It looks like a tight-fitting beanie but is stretchy. Great hat. TBD how long it will take me to grow out of this is another story. For the money this is a great baseball cap.
