If you don't expect to have all the parts listed, you're fine.

I received most of the parts but 4 pairs of ear cones were missing. I also found that the paint on the material was starting to peel off the spiral cones. It's also nice to note that spiral cones aren't perfectly smooth. Acrylic also seems to irritate the ears so I switched to stainless steel and my ears are healing much better. But if all you need is candles, then you'll probably be fine.
