The best thing about this software is that it has everything we could possibly want, from CRM to marketing automation. It's also very user friendly for beginners as well as seasoned professionals. I wish there were more templates available so that new users wouldn't have to spend time creating their own template or page layouts. There are some things missing such as an integration with Salesforce which would be great if they add those features soon. If you're looking for something simple yet powerful then look no further than AimCRM. We use it daily at work to help us keep track of all our clients' information including email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
