I love it! I installed this in my agency office (we're a tech company so it's fine) and the team loves it. Installation was easy, looks perfect and they work as expected. Other reviewers have complained about the mess, but it doesn't really create a lot of loose crumbs. It depends on the cereal you buy and yes, you have to clean up afterwards yourself. Don't be a pig and don't stop here. You don't have to, but I always take a minute to tidy everything up when I change cereal again. Because I'm not a pig and I don't expect it to clear up on its own. My only complaints and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5: - You MUST buy the low profile shells offered, don't think your shells are short enough because I promise they aren't. Even flat bowls hardly clean the device. Plastic seems a bit cheap, but unless you have aggressive kids that you don't discipline, you'll be fine.
