The specified radius is on the centerline of the pipe, not inside the bend.

Nice narrow corner. The inner burr was flush with the tube when shipped due to reuse. It's nice. The mandrel is bent with good internal diameter retention throughout the bend. Small creases on the inside bend at the beginning of a bend, but not restrictive.
