It's like a laptop in a box. It has features similar to a laptop. AC adapter, memory and power cord. Seems like he's been having a few issues so far. I had trouble with the CD not opening but managed to get the slide out of the CD. The computer logs off when not in use for a short period of time. You must log in again. My HDMI connection to my monitor goes black from time to time when watching YouTube or videos. It doesn't do it all the time, I'm trying to fix this issue. I don't know exactly what caused it. My other desktop connected to a different HDMI doesn't go black. I have to send it back on 1/31/21. It's very fast for browsing, emailing and watching videos. I'll use it every day to see what other problems come up. I wouldn't recommend this computer if you don't have technical skills.
