It wasn't easy running a wire from one end of the RV to the other, but it's nice to know when my towed vehicle's brakes are applying. I have an old Ready Brake with no built in switch so I ran a wire to the brake light switch on the towed vehicle. Evidence that the brake pedal is depressed and, just as important, fully released.
