Quality is good for the price of this backpack. We bought 25 for our family church as we give away free school supplies to the church every year because there is a large congregation of Micronesians who are unemployed etc. A member of the church told me they are very happy with the quality of these backpacks . My mom put an extra stitch on each of the shoulder pads because that's traditionally the first area to tear in a backpack, but that's not because the backpack itself is a problem. She did this so the backpacks would last as long as possible.
