I like that it's easy enough so people with no technical knowledge can use, as well! It also has some very useful functions such as calculating average order value per customer segment or number of transactions by day/week etc., which are helpful when trying to work out your ROIs (returns from investment).

There isn't much else i would say about akilis - but you should try using them if they're looking at doing something similar within their business. We were able to find data we didn't have access too before and now its easily accessible via our dashboard.
