I bought this brace when I had surgery for a torn meniscus in March and am still in a lot of pain. This brace is light weight and easy to put on - it helps keep my knee straight with very little room to move - I also slept in it last night and I'm glad it helped with the discomfort I get at night. It's worth the price. It also comes with a holdall, headband and roll of gauze bandages - not sure if this is for use with braces - you may need this if you are experiencing some discomfort from the braces rubbing against your skin but this isn't the case. generally worries me. I plan to use this during workouts as it helps keep my knee stable on the treadmill.
