Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable Staff

Great support staff, quick response time to any questions I had! Very knowledgeable about their products as well as my needs for them in order create an efficient program that is easy-to use by our employees!! Would definitely recommend this product/company if you are looking at creating some sort or custom software system with your organization's requirements being met 100%. We needed something more interactive than just using excel sheets--we wanted it customized so we could see real results immediately upon inputting data into forms instead waiting weeks (months) until reports were ready after crunching all information together.

Reliable service & customer care team when issues arise during installation process / setup phase great follow up communication throughout entire project cycle ! :)

but there was not much feedback given regarding areas where improvements can be made either from user experience perspective OR functionality standpoint.
