This is the worst phone case I've ever had. It's incredibly difficult to open. Sent"Tool" does not help at all. I had to use the screwdriver that marked the screen cover. The volume buttons aren't positioned correctly, so I have to go into the settings to just adjust the volume. The screen coating gets dirty very easily, making it difficult to read text or images. The back design is nice, but that's the only good thing about the product.
