We didn't return the radio because it didn't work but because the controls were too complicated for the person wanting to use it. Other observations, but no criticism: the photos show the batteries - they are not included in the scope of delivery. The display is small and not touch-sensitive. The sound is really good, but not like a ghetto blaster. 2.4 or 5 GHz. It can also show more duplicates if you have Wi-Fi extenders at home. WiFi supports 802.11b/g/n - not ac.
