Review on 📦 Iris USA 32 Quart Weathertight Plastic Storage Bin Tote Organizing Container - Durable Lid, Secure Latching Buckles - 4 Pack by Randi Hernandez

Each of the 4 containers has 4 black caps. When I received the containers there were 2 fasteners on the bottom of the box. Careful examination of the fasteners revealed that one of the two loops was simply missing. Both bad clasps were either never fully injection molded to secure both loops, or the tongue eventually broke. Nobody could ever install these 2 hinges on the bins or they broke the tabs. Is this a fundamental design issue? So someone threw the bad hinges in a box of 4 containers and just packed them up, knowing full well that there were only 3 good fasteners on 2 containers. That's quality control for you. The problem is these bins are quite expensive so I feel cheated. It would be really nice if IRIS USA would send me 2 working hinges to attach to my new bins!
