In my opinion just too small
This item is really adorable on my toddler 2T. It's light, flowy and my only issue was that it runs a bit small. I am also very small
- Excellent quality. Very nice top, but unfortunately too big.
- The shirt was very stiff due to the fact that the lining sewn into the front of the shirt supported the sequins.
