Not easy to use. The instructions are confusing. The product is difficult to handle, the trigger for generating steam is complicated. I actually thought it was broken, but then I accidentally sprayed it and realized that's how it's supposed to work. It's uncomfortable, the water doesn't last long enough. I cleaned the blinds and couldn't even finish the entire front of the blinds. I have about 2/3. That would be so bad, but the problem is that it takes you 20-25 minutes to get more water in because you can't open the ziplock until everything is cool. At this rate it would take me 4 hours to clean a window blind. Needless to say I am returning it today as soon as I can take the lid off and dump out the excess water.
