The device isn't really compatible (despite the fact that it is)
The remote works *technically* but almost none of the buttons are what they should be. Although it supports my device (rx-v663), it doesn't work properly. Dpad up and down controls the volume, Dpad left and right changes the soundstage, none of the scene buttons work and I couldn't find out anything more about them other than those buttons and the power buttons. I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong (in which case I'll update my review) but until then I can't recommend this remote. You are better off going to eBay and buying a used remote for your device.
