The suction cups are not strong enough

The backlight works as advertised and takes up little space. Unfortunately, the suction cups only lasted an average of 7 minutes when attached to the rear window. This requires the use of an alternative form of bonding such as glue. I really don't like this idea because the window it's attached to will shut down and that will interfere with this ability. So I can't install them until I find a better way to attach them to the window so they can be removed if necessary. Roof mounting is inconvenient due to theft issues.
