I like the convenience of the pre cut tapes
I like the convenience of the pre cut tapes. The instructions that came with it were helpful with pictures. They also have helpful videos on youtube which is how I came to know of this brand. However, this did seem to be a bit looser in stretch more than other tapes and I have used many.
- Can be applied by oneself or with the help of a trainer
- May not be as effective as other kinesiology tapes on the market
