I've just received this product and I'm very happy with it but it's worth understanding what it does and doesn't do. In combination with Sonos, the play/pause button works great on the assigned speaker (or stereo pair) when only that zone is playing. When you merge zones in your home with a paired zone, the play/pause button works in all zones combined - the favorites button works the same as the next track button. The volume buttons, on the other hand, only control the remote-paired zone, even if the zones are combined, meaning that if your Sonos is playing the same thing in your home (multiple zones), using the remote will only change the volume in that zone where the remote control is in pairs. The only negative feedback is the price. The same remotes that control the lights and blinds in the Caseta Wireless system cost a lot less than half the price with the sound on.
