Came with two inflatable disc things and a hand operated air pump. There were no guides included and no suggestions about how much to inflate or how to get the most effective use. I did find plenty of videos on youtube to address these questions and from there everything was pretty straightforward. I mainly bought these for sitting on - hoping the balancing act needed would be of some benefit. It does appear to work and I do have to extend some effort to keep myself balanced. My biggest problem is that theres nubs on both sides. Even the small nubs on the one side are difficult to sit on for any length of time - thus limiting the time I can use them. I cant imagine putting my weight on my hands on these.They are well made and sturdy. I have no doubt they'll be able to support my weight without the possibility of breaking. I'd recommend watching a few videos on youtube about how to use these before buying. Then if you decide you want some of these, this brand should serve you well.
