I use these cushions for my knees when I clean house. I do not use them for exercise. These are certain areas in home where one has to get on hands and knees to get to hard to reach areas. I used to use towel or a blanket, but know I use thee cushions. I find them to be perfect for that purpose, especially when I am working in the kitchen and bathroom.

I currently sit on a very uncomfortable office chair that forces me to slouch when working-- using the wobble cushion not only helped me sit upright, but it helped me work my core out while working. With the second one, I use it with my at-home yoga instructions to help keep myself fit and healthy! This is a great deal, 2 for the price of 1!

2 for the price of 1. Great deal! I have one at work and switch it up between sitting on it and sometimes to support for my back. The other one is at home for various exercises!Make sure you sit on it correctly otherwise it will give you back pains.

Pump needle broke first time used. I actually wonder if I received a return. The pump needle bent and broke with such little pressure.Dunno.

One looked like it was repackaged after use and it had a hole in it. Of course I gave it as a gift so it wasn’t opened until after return date expired and the box was thrown away. Open ASAP and check for holes

I use the cushion for balance training. I have it in the bathroom and try to brush me teeth standing on one foot. May not be effective for long-term weight loss!

They're all right but they don't seem to help with anything. Maybe I'm the wrong type for it after all. That's my feedback.

I wanted to love these, I did! I need some relief that I thought these might be able to give. Sadly, the black one seems to have a hole in it and wont inflate. The blue one has some sort of indent in it upon inflating. I do however like to just stand on the black on now, feels so good on my achy feet!

I ordered two packs of these. Had to return one because the pump was missing. Then I inflated all 4 that I had and one of them keeps losing air almost as soon as you sit on it. But when they stay inflated they work. My kids use them when we homeschool so they don't rock back their chairs.

Came with two inflatable disc things and a hand operated air pump. There were no guides included and no suggestions about how much to inflate or how to get the most effective use. I did find plenty of videos on youtube to address these questions and from there everything was pretty straightforward. I mainly bought these for sitting on - hoping the balancing act needed would be of some benefit. It does appear to work and I do have to extend some effort to keep myself balanced. These do what you'd expect; nothing crazily special but they stay inflated, are durably constructed, and can be used to add a bit of core engagement/stability challenges to a workout. Please don't win yourself a Darwin award by trying to stand on one while squatting, but for lunges, pushups, and similar exercises, these work. That being said, I wouldn't call them a 'balance board', instead, these are basically two disc shaped thick walled balloons.

I think this is great. I'm trying to get back in shape and I'll start with my core muscles. This is suppose to help strengthen them. I just had back surgery, so I need an easy start.
