I don't always comb my beard but when I do I use the hand made Kent beard and mustache comb LOL This is one of those items you buy to help the woman too confusing we're together it's really fun to pull that thing out and just manly brush my stubble while I eat. Your girlfriend will be tested, if she really cares about you, she won't leave you! Just look her in the eyes while brushing your face. Make sure you do that when the water comes in. No need to stick your pinky in, but I think there's an added male factor effect lol. She'll know you're in control when grooming your face at the table. Seriously, this is one of those things that you spontaneously buy for fun because it looks so neat, it works great, but I don't see this as a super useful tool unless you're serious about facial hair, if so , then I can see that this might be used for styling or just to get untangled and clean. Overall pretty cool stuff.
