Review on 🚿 Enhance Your Shower Experience with Grohe Multiform 3270800A Chrome Shower Set by Gabriela Krynicka ᠌

There are some variations, but tolerable on the whole.

I managed to buy before February 2022 for 17 thousand. At the same time, worthy analogues cost half as much. But for the sake of the notorious quality, I decided to spend money. I hope it pays off over time. More on cons: 1. The shower hose is not standard and very rigid, which I read about in the reviews in advance, but did not attach any importance. In practice, it is really not convenient to use it. In the photo - he is the most. I didn’t change it for a convenient, but cheap analogue, because it won’t be Grohe anymore. :) 2. During installation, I found that the shower hose mount rests against the wall. To move the structure away from the wall, I had to buy additional eccentric extensions. By the way, the instructions say that Grohe also has these, but they are bought separately. I did not bother and bought at a local plumbing store. Everything would be fine, but native caps with these extensions are not installed. I had to leave the caps from the previous mixer. Maybe it would be better with native extension cords. 3. The spout is attached to the faucet through a fixing bracket, which is driven in with a hammer using the grease included in the kit. There was nothing in the instructions about this - I had to study plumbing forums. 4. The seals and gaskets included in the kit are not a panacea. When tightening the threaded connections, do not forget about the tow - otherwise water will ooze out of all the holes. :) And I recommend using the advice that has already been given here: first assemble the structure "on the table", and only then screw it all to the eccentrics. In general, I hope that over the years the mixer will justify itself. But it's definitely not worth paying more than twice for it. I am sure that there are high-quality, reliable and not very expensive analogues.

Pros
  • Advance - reliability and service life
Cons
  • Price. Installation inconvenience. Rigid shower hose

Pros below: Grohe quality and reliability. With its cons. It turned out to be larger than the previous Grohe, which had served for more than 20 years without repairs. The rest is all right.

Hope it lasts as long as the previous set. Parents are happy, and this is the main thing.
