Not a roll up, must sharpen

I like the color and it stays on well. Good for the smuggy look. I do not like sharpening an eye pencil, I have no luck getting a nice sharp point. Will not order again.

Pros

Stays on all day in my water line. Have never found a eyeliner like that. Bold color
