Necklace arrived very tangled
I was very happy to give it to my mum but when it arrived it was open... Luckily I checked the box before packing it . The rose is not the same color as in the photo, is dull and looks almost dead. The necklace is SUPER confused. I've been trying to unravel you for the past 30 minutes. Nice idea but not worth the money in my opinion
