The laptop was taken on New Year's Eve for a promotion and cost 53 thousand. And it is worth considering while reading this review. Because at the current average price of 67 - this laptop is more bad than good. And for 53 - he is almost flawless. Firstly, the laptop was taken for small various common simple tasks. For games there is a curling iron and a powerful stationary, for books there is a reader, for communication and sitting in social networks - there is a smartphone. When buying, the main task of the laptop was an alternative to using all these devices (except gaming ones). And the macbook is awesome. It is lightweight, compact and nimble, does not overheat. It’s normal for me to charge it on the weekend and use it on a single charge for a couple of hours a day until the next weekend without recharging. Secondly, I didn’t demand much from him - if only he didn’t get stupid and discharged in 4 hours. He copes with this task brilliantly. Thirdly, this laptop is only an addition to the various devices already available, but not a replacement. Considering the purchase price, I am more than satisfied with the device. Using macOS has both its pros and cons. In short, the pluses include the convenience of the trackpad and swipe, the mode of operation is 2 windows on one screen. It is very convenient, when reading a book in English, to keep a translator at hand and interact with it without even switching between applications and there are many such examples. Swipes, gestures - it's all very cool if you get used to them. The disadvantages of this OS include its limitations and the lack of support for various vendors, which is why some of the tasks cannot be solved in principle. For example, you won’t use 1C in normal mode, you can also say goodbye to EDS (you can still sign documents through CryptoPRO, but everything where there is interaction with browsers through plugins - goodbye - for example, go to the taxpayer’s office). Perhaps this was fixed in the new version of the OS and Safari, but judging by the forums, no. If I made a mistake, let me know and I will correct or supplement the review.
