Slow Slow Slow: Computers and Tablets

Very disappointed with the purchase of this laptop. It's actually slower than what I had before and it was slow. The rotation speed isn't bad, but switching from web to web seems to take forever. I wouldn't want or recommend any other Dell. It has 16 RAM and almost 2 TB of storage. Should be a lot faster than it actually is. Booooo I would replace it if I could.
