Very disappointed with the purchase of this laptop. It's actually slower than what I had before and it was slow. The rotation speed isn't bad, but switching from web to web seems to take forever. I wouldn't want or recommend any other Dell. It has 16 RAM and almost 2 TB of storage. Should be a lot faster than it actually is. Booooo I would replace it if I could.

Purchased for video presentations with LibreOffice. S mode blocks the use of Microsoft Apps and MS Browser. Once you disable S mode, you can download your favorite programs and manage your computer as you please. (Backup with my own "cloud" on a remote Raspberry Pi. I don't trust the convenience that leads me to confirm an installed corporate system spying on me.) I disabled MS apps and found that the computer that does what i wanted. Bought this for my mum. She lives in Florida, I live in New York. She could tweak and customize it to her liking. And she's not tech savvy. User-friendly, she is very in love with it

This was a good upgrade for my wife. Her old laptop was slow and annoying. It features solid state storage that makes booting and other system activities much faster.

So far so good. I mainly use it for my website and Google Sheets. It's fast, has lots of memory and a clear picture. It's absolutely worth the money.

Bought to replace a 7 year old laptop and this computer is so slow I was contemplating running my car over it. I'm a patient person but it's so frustratingly slow. It takes 2 minutes to wake up from sleep and websites seem to move in slow motion. I have used it 3 times and would return it if I could but the return period has already passed.

I love my new laptop. I have to admit that it's not super fast, but I expected that while it has the same amount of RAM as my desktop computer, the processor is smaller, so I expected it to be a bit slower, but it is not very slow. I have lymphedema in my legs, have to sit with my legs elevated for several hours a day and like to work on my laptop in my free time. I like the versatility of this Dell laptop although it's not touch sensitive and I'm not that tech savvy. But for now. that's wonderful. Excellent purchase!
